Brian Pollard started Fairwyn 1993 with a vision of developing and building communities in the Geneva Lakes area. Brian received a BA from Wheaton College in 1989. After a successful career in the Chicago residential and commercial real estate market, Brian relocated his family and business to the Lakes area and Fairwyn was born. Brian works with all project stakeholders, agencies, and municipalities to create win/win projects. Brian serves on many local organizations, including the Geneva National Foundation, School Board for Faith Christian School, and has coached high school boys’ basketball for over 15 years. He and his wife Becky are raising their young family in Lake Geneva.
