Planning Phase
How much will it cost? How long will it take? You get all the information and support you need to make decisions that are right for you. Your personal design consultant and project coordinator starts working with you right away to help you select key home building and design elements and details.
Contract Approval
We take the time to walk you through the contract—from construction costs, material selection list, timelines, and draw schedule—you’ll understand exactly what will happen throughout the construction process. Once the contract is approved, the project begins.
Home Selections Phase
You’ll meet as often as needed with your personal consultant to review and select the finishing elements for your home. We call this the “relationship building” phase—we share your vision for your finished home, and work closely with you to make each important decision.

Thanks to the close relationship we have with our customers, there are no surprises! We keep you informed every step of the way. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
Final Walk Through

One-Year Warranty
Your FairWyn home includes a one-year warranty for your ongoing peace of mind, as well as the contact information for any sub-contractors or outside vendors that worked on your project. We stay in touch with our customers for years, and we’re never more than a phone call away.
